Classical japanese noh theatre is totally composed from poems. Actor dance to the score created by rhythm and meaning of the words sang by chorus. But if you look at the past of european drama - you will also find poetry in ancient Greek dramas, in works of Shakespeare, Calderon de la Barca, in Polish Romanticism.
